Sessions can be split 45 minutes child/ 15 minutes with parent and child if required.

Administration
The hourly rate for additional administration such as reports, referrals and letters (to employer/school/professional):
£35 per hour
Hourly rate for therapy includes session preparation and scanning materials, note-writing, emails between sessions, gp letters
Payment
We accept cash, cheque, bank transfer and debit/ credit card.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is recognised by most major insurance companies. Claire currently works for Bupa, Aviva, WPA and Vitality.
If your insurance company is not listed above, Claire is happy to join your company. The whole joining process usually takes a few days.
If you would like to use your insurance to pay for your CBT please bring your authorisation code and membership number to your assessment session.
Please Note: payment must be made on the day of your session. And unfortunately if sessions are cancelled with less than 48 hours notice a 50% session fee will be charged. Cancellations due to adverse weather conditions will be charged at the discretion of the therapist.
