As a qualified PTUK Therapeutic Play Practitioner Claire can integrate play and creative arts techniques into child and adolescent CBT sessions where appropriate.

Sometimes children and teenagers can struggle to verbalise how they are thinking and feeling and creative activities can help them to express themselves. 

Play Therapy Tools Claire uses are: Art and Drawing, Clay/Playdough, Sand Tray, Therapeutic Story Telling and Drama/ Role Play.
